RAW is War in a hard place!

Updated September 18th, 2000
Monday, September 25 (the night after Unforgiven) is right around the corner, but WCW will be planing for a one of the biggest Nitro's ever. Because this is the night the WWF switches networks from USA over to TNN, the feeling is that WCW might catch some of RAW's viewers who forget about the move to TNN or for those who can not view the network through there cable. This could be bad for Vince and for the ratings for RAW IS WAR because some of the veiwers can no longer see it or forget. So this doesn't happen to YOU I will post the date that they are switching stations on my main page so you can be sure you don't miss it.

Rock at GOP AGAIN
The Rock, as everyone must know by now, attended the GOP and made a GRAND Presentation of the WWF. What the WWF is trying to do is show how their 14 million viewers can pick the very next president. They had to fight PTC at the GOP but pretty much came out on top! If you saw the show you would be happy how the Rock dealt with the situation!

Well anyway the Rock had so much success that they want him back. On Wednsday The Rock along with Chyna will attend the GOP once again. The WWF has already had 10,000 of there viewers register to vote and now they want more! They hope that this will boost the WWF Viewers once again and get the rest of the WWF viewers to vote also. When he does attend we will have a report.

The People's Champ Becomes The Scorpion King
Universal Pictures is making the upcoming sequel to the movie hit, "The Mummy". In it, the Rock has been given the role of "The Scorpion King". Universal has launched production on a sequel, "The Mummy Returns," for release May 11th. It was shot in Morocco, and during the filming, the Rock had to miss two WWF shows. They are supposedly thinking of making a third installment to the Mummy series, which the Rock may be in again, also playing the Scorpion King. The Rock, who played college football as Dwayne Johnson before becoming an attraction of the World Wrestling Federation, entered serious talks about the third installment. The rumour is that he will get around $7.5 million for the role. Bad news is, he will most likely be away from the WWF for a prolonged amount of time to film the movie, which can't be good for all concerned. Congratulations to the Rock though, in another show of prowrestlers getting mainstream media attention and interest.
