Yes. KoV is dead. The clan died out due to lack of cooperation and participation. I myself have no plans of joining any clans on Diablo II anymore, but will continue to be a regular at the USWest Channel Public Chat Crypt.
The Website will not be updated, But Myself and a couple of friends plan on making a website dedicated to a small group on Bnet in the future.

Ha. I guess it's been a while. Well we lost two and gained four since last update. Recruitment is slow. We may disban and create a channel where everyone can meet and talk. There is a work in progress anyway.. channel Public Chat Underground . We have a few bots, and the channel becomes more popular all the time.. As for now KoV is still a living being.

I retrieved this huge extensive list of Info on the new v1.1 patch. Here it is, and just in time. The realm servers were down recently, as you could have read from BattleNet, here:
USWest will be down for several hours this afternoon:
The USWest Battle.net, Diablo II and WarCraft III servers will be unavailable from 2:30 P.M. PST (UTC -8) on Monday, May 20th 2002 until as late as 6:30 P.M. PST. During this time, the Battle.net team will be isolating network issues that affected connectivity last week.
Well, thats about it..
