MICHAEL JOSEPHUS C. KINTANAR
Ike Kintanar started indulging on painting and photography as a hobby. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, he was recruited to be one of the resident artists of Galeria de Iligan in 1987. Since then, he was involved on several visual arts activities in the city. He had participated on several group exhibits in Iligan, Manila, Dumaguete & Davao. Essentially a self-taught artist, his favorite media is pastel crayon. His subjects touch on human interests and social realism.
