Chapter 22
On Saturday I spend all day in my pajamas I was really tired. I talked to Tay and we couldn’t see each other that day because he had to do stuff before going to NYC, but he told me that maybe he would come to visit me in the night. Annie also called, but I didn’t call her back, I wasn’t in the mood to talk to her or to even listen to what she wanted to say. Nicole spend all day with April, she was supposed to be one of her best friends.
Late, like 10:30 p.m. Tay came to visit me. He looked very tired and we just talked for a moment and he went to his house and he told me and Nicole that Diana has invited us to have lunch and dinner at their house.
I went to bed and tried to sleep, but the phone woke me up. I answered and it was Mr. Walters, I had completely forgotten about the play and he was really mad at me. He said he had called me all day, but no one answered. I also had to go to school on Sunday. The play was on Thursday and Friday. Our school plays were really good and lots of people attend to them.
I felt asleep again and this time thinking the bad thing of being away from Tay for 3 days. I was so sad.
On Sunday I woke up at 7am and got ready to go to school. Nicole drove me and she told me she was picking me up at 2pm to take me to Hanson’s house for lunch. The rehearsal was really good and Chris didn’t remember a thing about the party.
“The next day, when I woke up and I saw my nose, I was wondering what the hell happened to me and I called my friends to ask them and they told me that Taylor Hanson hit me, I couldn’t believe it” he said laughing “I am sorry, I was drunk” he said smiling.
“Don’t worry, I am sorry for what Tay did to you” I wasn’t sorry at all, I was really happy.
“Come on everyone, lets have one more rehearsal and you can leave” Mr. Walters announced.
After our last rehearsal I went outside to wait for Nicole and Annie sat down next to me. At the beginning we didn’t talked.
“Yesterday I called you,” she said softly.
“Yes, I know” I wanted to be sincere.
“Oh” she murmured.
“I am sorry about Zac”
“I guess You are right Tina, I don’t deserve to be with someone like Zac and even worst to have told everyone about your problem with Taylor” she was starting to cry.
“Don’t cry Annie, every thing is going to be ok” I said hugging her, I saw Tay’s red BMW “Do You want to go shopping with me on Monday?” I asked her and saw Taylor and Zac coming out of the car. I could see how Annie became nervous. She nodded and I said goodbye and went to meet with Tay and Zac.
“Have you seen Jenn?” Zac asked me.
“Nope” I was too busy kissing Tay and playing with his hair. Zac went to look for Jenn, what I didn’t notice was that Natalie was in the car. She saw me and waved at me, I waved back.
“What is she doing here?” I whispered to Tay.
“Oh, my mom invited her for lunch” he said smiling and kissing me on my nose.
“I am going to miss you so much!” I said playing with his shirt.
“Me too” he said and we kissed.
We arrived to Hanson’s house and Nicole’s car was parked outside. I was really happy to be with Taylor, I was sure that from now on our relationship was going to be much better. We had lunch and Natalie was Really sweet with Tay and I got jealous and started being sweeter with Tay. I think we both started to compete for Tay’s attention and he noticed it and he Whispered on my ear that he loved me and I shouldn’t compete with Natalie. That made me feel I little ashamed of my self.
“Wanna go for a ride around Tulsa?” Tay asked me.
“I would love to” I answered smiling.
It was our last day together and then we both had lots of work, Tay and his fame and me and my play. We arrived to the park and it was beautiful. It was covered with snow and we just stayed in the car. It was hotter than outside.
“Remember back in Florida I told you I had a surprise for you?” Tay said looking into my eyes.
“Yes” I said softly. I thought that the surprise was the way Taylor was acting.
“Well here it is,” he said and from his pocket he took out a blue little box with a red heart “Open it” he said sweetly. I grabbed it and opened it slowly; I found a beautiful ring, with a simple little diamond.
“Oh God” I whispered “Thank you so much!” I said and kissed Tay on his mouth. It was a beautiful detail.
“That means I really love you” he said kissing me softly.
“Tay I...I don’t know how to thank you for this” I said almost crying from happiness.
“Kiss me” he said sweetly. I kissed him, I really loved Tay. His cell phone rang, in that moment I just wanted to take Tay’s cell phone and throw it out the window.
“It was my mom, she says that we must be back, she heard on the news that a heavy snowstorm is heading” he said and turned on the car. I just made a sad face and he smiled and kissed me.
We headed back to Tay’s house and Natalie was gone. That made me really happy. We had dinner and Tay was really nice to me. I showed the ring to Nicole and to Jenn. they were very happy for me. Like about 8pm, Nicole and I went back to our house. Our parents had left a message and we called them.
they aren’t coming back till Friday in the morning, they had a problem, but they hoped to solve it soon. Annie had also called me and I called her back.
“T, today when I saw Zac holding Jenn´s hand, it hurt me so much,” she said sadly.
“Yeah, I can imagine what you felt”
“Are we going tomorrow are we still going shopping?” Annie tried to change the subject.
“Yes stupid bitch” I said laughing, she laughed and told me she was sorry to call me that.
“Annie I have to hung up, some one is ringing the door and Nicole is taking a bath” I said and left to opened the door.
When I opened the door I saw Taylor standing there, in the cold.
“Tay, baby, come in” I was surprised. We sat down on the living room and I was really happy to see Tay a few hours before his flight.
“I wanted to say good Bye,” he said.
“Tay...that’s so sweet” I said grabbing his hands.
“Well I only have 5 more min, my dad is waiting for me outside” he said and kissed me.
“At what hour are you leaving?” I wanted to go to the airport to say goodbye.
“9am” he said and stood up.
“Great” I had time to go to the airport and then go to school to practice.
“Well baby, got go” he said and we kissed for a really long time. “Bye Tayles” I said smiling.
“Bye my little pretty” he said and we kissed for the last time.
