Xtreme Triathlon Club runs a number of training sessions to enable everyone to fit the demands of training into their busy lifestyles.

The current training times are listed below, but keep check back here for additional sessions as the season progresses.

Costs:

There is a small charge for each coached session. These costs for the 2000/2001 season are:

Swim:	$60.50 per month / $70 10-Swim card / $8 Casual Swim
Windtrainer:	$6 Members / $9 Non-Members
Run:	$4 Members / $6 Non-Members
The $60.50 per month swim car entitles the holder to unlimited swimming for that month. (This proves to be the most cost effective if you are a regular swimmer.) Coaching Appointments: Xtreme has appointed a team of excellent coacing staff for the three disciplines: Swimming: Gavin O'Sullivan Ride: Cameron Lester Run: Anthony De Castella Swim Session Details The 2000 winter program has been put together, and is outlined below: Monday - Anaerobic / Interval Distance Covered - Avg 4km Wednesday - Heart Rate / VO2 Max Distance Covered - Avg 3.5 km Friday - Aerobic & Technique Development Distance Covered - Avg 4.5 km Note : Technique work Lanes 1 & 2 only ( will most likely swim 2.5 - 3 km )
