The day appeared to be starting off with a bang. Mike's car was running fast
Then out during the hot laps his car dropped oil pressure. It appeared that
he was not going to be able to run this car. It was okay for about 8 laps then
down it would go. So then Stephanie's car was sized for Mike (seat etc..)Stephanie
always new that her car would be Mike's backup car if he needed it,as he was
running for rookie of the year. And tonight just put his lead a little
farther ahead. HE DID SO AWESOME. 
So we were out hotlapping and Mike was
getting used to a different car. He had decided that it would be good for
Stephanie to take and time trial his car and run the heats and main by just
making one lap. That way she would at least get points for the night.
They have to race the car that is qualified for the night.
It started raining during the first heat of the night and took about 30-45 minutes to dry the track off. But the rain stopped and no heats were run all the Bombers were in one Main Event (no "B").
Well during the race, We started in 8th position. Alot of bumping going on at the beginning, but then they spread out and we were 'Rockin'. We were just about to take the lead when we spun out and had to start in the back. No caution was called and we just spun around and kept on going. With 14 laps to go we had time I thought to make it to the front again. Well we did get back up there and ended up with a 4th place finish.
They had to tech the car and Mike was alittle nervous as he really wasn't sure
about this car. But...It was legal...
