~*Chapter 18*~

"And when I wake up to.. the touch of your head on my shoulder, you're a dream come true, oh yeah, girl you know I'll always treasure every kiss, and every day, I love you girl in every way, and I always will cuz in my eyes," I was awoken by the soft and sweet voice of Nick the next morning. "No one else comes close to you," I sang along.

"Hey, you got it!" Nick whispered happily.

"Yup, as if I haven't heard it enough," I said, rolling over.

"Geez, look who's in a bad mood," Nick teased.

"Nick, we're leaving today," I said, sitting up.

"What's the matter?" Nick asked.

"Nick, honey, we're leaving today. What time does the plane leave?" I asked, repeating myself.

"I think the ticket said...6:30," Nick replied, checking on the tickets. "And what time is it now?" I asked.

"10 in the morning..." Nick replied.

"Right, so let's get going. C'mon help me start to pack," I said, sitting up. I pulled at his hand, but Nick just tugged me back into bed.

"Nick!" I complained.

"Listen, let's just stay in bed right now," Nick said.

"Hold on," I said, jumping up and running out of the room. I locked the door and ran into the kitchen. I heard him start to scream my name, but I didn't care. I ran into the kitchen and got out some eggs. He'll have to like this surprise. "Here I am," I said, returning to the bedroom.

"Good. Where were you?" Nick exclaimed, noticing the tray I was carrying.

"Oh honey, you didn't have to," Nick said, standing up to hug me.

"Yeah, I know. But I did," I assured. I placed the tray down, and he sat across from me.

"Here," I said, picking up the fork and scooping up some scrambled eggs. I started to feed him, and then I got up.

"Where are you going?" he asked, as he picked up the fork.

"I'm gonna get ready," I said, taking out some clothes to wear.

"What did you eat for breakfast?" he asked.

"Oh, I had a glass of water and a piece of fruit while I was cooking yours," I said.

"Uh uh," Nick said, coming up behind me and grabbing me waist.

"I'm fine, really," I replied.

"No way, Jess. I won't let you get away with just an apple," he said, pulling me over to the bed. Before I could say another word, he took his fork, and scooped some eggs into my mouth. In return, and grabbed one of the cut strawberries and put it into his mouth. Nick started to suck on my fingers. I removed my fingers, and replaced them with my lips. "Mmmmm," Nick groaned.

"I guess I'm better than those strawberries, huh?" I laughed. "Oh yeah," he said, kissing me again. When we parted, a took a piece of toast and showed it to him. As he tried to take it, I said, "Uh uh.."

"What?" Nick asked, looking at me confused.

"Listen. I'll start eating on this side.." I said, pointing to the side closest to me, "And you.." "Will eat this side, I got it," Nick assured.

"Okay, and whoever eats the most, gets to kiss the person who eats the least," I said.

"Okay," Nick said, getting his mouth on the end.

"Ready, set," I said, my words mumbled by the bread.

"Nick!" I exclaimed, as he started. Before I could start, Nick face was in front of mine.

"I win!" he teased.

"Okay okay," I said.

"So what do I win? A kiss from the beautiful girl across from me?" Nick asked.

"Yup," I said, bringing my lips closer to his.

"Fine with me," he whispered, kissing me sweetly. When we parted, I looked into his eyes. His eyes reminded me of the ocean down at the beach. His mouth was so inviting, that I kissed him again, with all the passion inside of me. "Okay, girlie, calm down," Nick said, after a couple of seconds locking lips.

"Sorry," I blushed.

"It's okay, it didn't hurt. I love you," Nick said, kissing me again. When we parted, I slowly stood up.

"Whew," I sighed.

"Same here," Nick said, standing up and hugging me.

"Let's get ready," I whispered into his ear. I turned around, and started packing up my bags. Nick helped and pitched in, folding some of the clothes. We finished packing around lunch time, and we were ready for anything.
