"So I have a cute bootie now?' he asked all smiles.
"Yeah it's cute just not as cute as Nick's," I said pushing my way into the house.
"So why where you ignoring me?" I asked sitting down on the couch.
"I don't know Jess, maybe cause your the love of my life and your carrying my best-friends baby," he said sitting next to me.
"Oh," I said.
"That's what I wanted to talk to you about," I said putting my hand over his.
"Let me guess your trying to get me to be cool with this whole thing?" he asked.
"Jeez you know me so well," I said.
"Well I did date you for 1 year,6 months, and two days," he said. My mouth dropped.
"How did you remember that?" I asked.
"Jessica Marie Brown I was more in love with you than anyone I had ever met. you where a challenge to me. A challenge I loved. Unfortunately I was a huge ass and changed all that," he said disapointed.
"Well no matter about that. I will always be your friend. But I'm sorry," I said.
"Sorry for what? Sorry that I was the one making the mistake? I wanna move on from that. Is Nick mad at me for last night?" he asked.
"I'm not gonna say he was happy. It upset him," I said.
"It's just if yopu two would have waited this, might not have ruined our lives. Where at the peek of our careers," he said. This made me angry.
"Alex the only person who's life this is ruining is yours., cause your letting it. Now A.J. I know you better than that! I know you don't little things get in your way!! And for your information, all the other guys where very supportive!!! I never once heard anything about lives being ruined!!" I yelled standing up. Suddenly I felt dizzy and almost fell.
"Jess? Are you ok?" A.J. asked sitting me back down. "I'm fine," I said.
"Your right I'm letting this get to my way to much. I'm sorry. Do you forgive me?" he asked.
"Yes I do. But you'll have to find out that on yopur own when it comes to Nick," I said.
"Alright. Why don't you go home and rest," he said. I slid into my car. before I drove off I took the number from my pocket. I looked at it over and over again. Did I want to throw a piece of me away? My eyes began to water. I needed to get home and think.
