These sites are the greatest, the ones most updated, the ones with the coolest/neatest layout, the ones with the most of everything. Content content content.

Most Creative Site
These sites are the funnest, the ones with games, puzzles, quizzes (etc). Ones that you spend a lot of time at, and that are really fun to look around. Good/Purdy layouts a must.

Best Individual Site
These are the sites based on only one NSYNCer.

Best Combo Site
These sites are based on two/four NSYNCers

Best Gallery
This site will have almost every site friggin' pic of nsync available on the net!

Best Multimedia Section
This site will have a very large amount of sounds and songs available to listen to and videos to watch.

Best FanFiction Site
This site will have a very large amount of fan fiction, with a great layout and easy to access subpages.

Best Link Site
These sites will have every NSYNC site listed on the 'net in a nice orderly fashion

Best Humor Site
Also, very self explanitory. These sites are sooo funny. Yah, they diss NSYNC, SO WHAT! Kudos to them.
