A Note on Image Size-

As you may have noticed, all wallpaper sizes are designed for a 1024 x 768 screen resolution. I have done it this way so that anyone with a smaller screen resolution can easily adjust it themselves without any degredation of the image quality. Any questions or requests, feel free to e-mail me.

A Note on Source Material-

Much of the information on this site originated from "A Tolkien Bestiary" by David Day and published by Chancellor Press. Many of the illustrations on which the wallpaper is based are taken from this as well. It is extrememly informative, interesting and attractive. I encourage any Tolkien fan to purchase it. It is also a useful resource to accompany any of Tolkein's works.
