To the RAGE fans:

Feb. 24 - We learned yesterday that the local Boxing Commission is stopping RAGE from running shows until we abide by new regulations they have imposed on us. We are doing our best to do what needs to be done as quickly as possible so we can continue bringing exciting wrestling shows to Moncton's wrestling fans. Rest assured that we won't stop until we have exhausted every means possible in order to continue running.

Thank you for the support you have shown us in the past, as well as now, and allowing us the honor of entertaining all of you for the past six months and hopefully the near future.

If you would like to show your support, you can e-mail us at prowrestlingrage@hotmail.com or by posting a message on our forum.

- RAGE Staff

Feb. 19 - For months, Harvey Metal has been trash talking RAGE, calling it nothing more than a backyard group, something he can never respect and claiming he was better than that. Kevin Tyler has been out to prove him wrong and is now coming to the defense of the group he loves and believes in. On February 27th, they will meet to settle the score once and for all in an "I Quit" match where to only way to win is to make your opponent say "I Quit" into the microphone; tapping out or saying something else will not do the job. This and much more comes to you live on Sunday, February 27th at 7pm with a $5 cover!

The End of an Era; Bull Reed is the new Champion!

Here is the results from Sunday night's show:

To start off the show Kevin Tyler took on one of his students, Chad Armstrong (with Devon Stone in his corner). This match saw some excellent technical wrestling and Armstrong almost won with numerous roll ups. However the rookie was no match for Tyler as he was forced to submit to the Cattle Mutilation. After the match, Tyler congratulated both Chad and Devon.

“Rockstar” Chris Cole came out to address the fans about his tag partner Harvey Metal, who was said to be hung over from last night's Sum 41 concert. Cole then began to play a song for everyone in attendance, but the crowd didn’t want any of it as his set was greeted by a chorus of boos. Finally, Shooter Andrews interrupted Cole and the match between the two was underway. This back and forth match saw the “Rockstar” try and cheat his way to victory, but Shooter was able to pick up the victory after hitting Shooters Move.

Patrick Jennings made his return to RAGE and bragged about being the first RAGE superstar to receive fan mail. He read the fan's letter out loud and apparently the fan agreed with him about his thoughts on Joe College. Mikey Sixx made his way out to face Geiger, but before the match started he took the ref’s shirt and said that there’s a replacement ref for this match. He said that he didn’t know what PJ and Geiger’s game plan is, so he brought out someone who knew them very well. Joe College made his way out and was named the special guest referee. The match between Geiger and Sixx saw a huge brawl between the two throughout the nightclub. Geiger was able to control most of the match using his strength, however Sixx countered using his technical abilities. Geiger gave Sixx the devastating Style Biter right in front of College, but as College went to count the three he flipped Geiger off. Sixx was able to come back and after locking in the sharpshooter, Geiger tapped. After the match, Jennings yelled at College for not calling it down the middle. He then told College that he should stop living in the past and that he should retire. Geiger attacked College, however the Indy Superstar was able to reverse a tilt-a-whirl slam into an amazing DDT. But as College went to give Geiger his Style Biter, his hip gave out. This gave Geiger the chance to destroy his former tag team partner, as he gave him a nasty looking Style Biter followed by an F-5 into the ring post. Geiger and Jennings left as College was down and in writhing pain.

After the intermission, Ryan Storm took on Venom in a well-rounded match. Storm was able to hit a moonsault off the top rope to the outside onto Venom. It went back and forth but in the end Venom was able to pick up the victory after hitting The Strike.

The main event saw Mr. Happy defend the Grandslam title against Bull Reed. This was the long awaited battle of the behemoths. Both combatants delivered multiple hard strikes as neither one would give up. Mr. Happy was able to bust Bull’s skull wide open after two killer chair shots, which left a huge amount of blood on the concrete floor. Reed came back with some tremendous offensive moves including several thunderous lariats. Mr. Happy was able to give Bull a hip toss of the top rope to the outside through a table, which completely stunned the crowd. Mr. Happy almost retained the title when he locked in the Carny Clutch, but Bull was able to break the hold. Mr. Happy also gave him a Crucifix Powerbomb, but Bull wouldn’t give up. As the tides turned, Reed managed to give the champ two Death Valley Hammers, in which Mr. Happy kicked out of both. Although the fans were clearly behind Happy, Bull Reed was able to beat him with a vicious looking muscle buster. After the match most of the Rage superstars congratulated Happy for his amazing title reign.

Afterwards, Kevin Tyler grabbed the mic and gave a very emotional promo about his career. He talked about his love for wrestling and for Rage. He also said that he’s sick and tired of people calling Rage a backyard group. He then brought up Harvey Metal who has been constantly putting Rage down. He also stated that he will be wrestling for all the fans as well as for all the guys in the back when he faces Harvey Metal in an “I Quit” match at the next show.

Thanks to all the fans who came out last night. We would like to remind you that our next show will be on February 27th, bell time is 7:00pm.

Feb. 1/05 - The card for February 13th has been posted.

Happy/Bull match set; Chanman gets revenge on Venom

Jan. 31/05 - The show started off with Geiger (without Pat Jennings who is injured) taking on two Rage students who were introduced as the Yellowheads. The most innovative man in Rage manhandled Yellowhead #1 before Yellowhead #0 entered to try his luck against Geiger. While Yellowhead #0 was being decimated, Mikey Sixx came to ringside and put on Yellowhead #1’s mask. He then stumbled into the ring and gave an un-expecting Geiger a giant DDT for the pin. Mikey then unmasked himself and put over the two students (Devin Stone and Chad Armstrong). He also talked about how at the next show he’s going to kick Geiger’s ass.

The #1 contender Bull Reed took on ½ of the Tag Team Champions, Ryan Storm. It was Bull’s brute strength against Storm’s stamina. This match went back and forth and saw Storm hit a double stomp off the top rope as Bull was in the same corner stuck in the tree of woe. Bull Reed was bleeding from his nose after a strong kick from Storm. In the end, Storm was no match for the Death Valley Hammer as Bull Reed came out victorious.

After the intermission, “Rockstar” Chris Cole and Harvey Metal made their way to the ring. The “Rockstar” played an acoustic song for his fans. Kevin Tyler and Mikey Sixx quickly interrupted him. This tag team match saw some good teamwork from both teams. “The Epiphany of Metal” and the “Rockstar” were able to keep Sixx in the middle of the ring for the majority of the match. Near the end, Geiger came out and began to brawl with Sixx that caused a distraction for the ref. While the referee’s back was turned Chris Cole was tapping out to Kevin Tyler’s “Cattle Mutilation”. However as the ref didn’t see it Harvey broke up the submission. Cole then pinned Tyler as Harvey was holding Tyler’s legs down. After the match Kevin Tyler challenged Harvey Metal to an “I Quit” match. However, the rules are different as Tyler has to say, “I’m Harvey Metal’s bitch” to lose, and Harvey has to say, “I respect Rage” to lose.

An in-ring party was thrown to celebrate Mr.Happy’s one year anniversary as Grandslam Champion. The ring was filled with balloons and streamers, as most of the Rage superstars celebrated with Mr. Happy. Mr. Happy talked about Rage’s history and about his tough battles against the likes of Venom, Harvey Metal and Chris Cole. “The Champ is Here” echoed through the O2, as "Bull" Reed crashed the party. Reed talked about how Mr. Happy has no talent and that on February the 13th he will be the new champion. A fight broke out between the two as some Rage wrestlers tried to separate them. Reed left the ring calling himself the real champ.

The main event was a No DQ Grudge match between Chanman and Venom. This match saw Venom spit green mist in Chanmans eyes and a number of chairs were involved. Chanman gave Venom a urinagi slam off the second rope through a table, but Venom was able to kick out. In the end Chanman was able to pin his former mentor after delivering a Blockbuster onto four folding chairs.

We want to thank everyone who came out Sunday night and we would like to remind you of our next show on February the 13th, as Mr. Happy defends the Grandslam title against Bull Reed.

VIP Breaks up; Happy & Reed Meet in Ring

To start off the show, the new Pro Wrestling RAGE Tag Team Champions, Shooter Andrews and Ryan Storm, came out and talked about their 3-month rivalry with V.I.P. They introduced a well-made music video depicting their feud with clips from the amazing ladder match from a few weeks ago. V.I.P came down to the ring to confront the new tag champs in which Joe College (supporting himself with crutches) congratulated them on their win. He then shook their hands, however Geiger and Pat Jennings refused to shake their hands. After the tag champs left, College began talking about his injury as well as how 2005 will be a new year for the “Indy Superstar”. He has decided to wrestle for the fans and not for himself. Jennings then began to berate College in which he replied with a punch to his manager’s face. After Geiger and College left, Jennings kept badmouthing the duo, calling Geiger “College’s bitch”. At that moment Geiger attacked his injured tag team partner, giving him a Gory Bomb on the floor. A bloodied College was then thrown into the ring and was given his own Styles Biter as well as a Mexican Surfboard. Mikey Sixx then ran in to make the save, attacking Jennings and threatened Geiger to get in the ring or his manager was going to pay.

Mikey was able to get Geiger ejected from ringside early on in the match. Sixx dominated the entire match and made Jennings tap out to the sharpshooter. However he didn’t want to win via tap out, instead he made Jennings say “I Quit” while locked in the crossface.

In a back and forth match between one half of the Tag Team Champs and the “Epiphany of Metal”, Harvey was able to make Shooter tap to the “Chicken Wing”. After the match Kevin Tyler came down to the ring and wanted to shake Harvey’s hand. Harvey said he would shake his hand under 3 circumstances in which Tyler would say that: 1. He was beaten fair and square at the last show. 2. The better man beat him. 3. Harvey Metal is better than RAGE. Tyler refused to comply with the last circumstance and Harvey walked out on him.

Kevin Tyler broke his losing streak by making Geiger tap to the Cattle Mutilation. During the match, Jennings was able to interfere to try and help “The most innovative man in Rage”. However, Tyler was able to come out on top.

This match saw the “Rockstar” almost defeat Ryan Storm. Cole hit multiple suplexes on Storm who landed on his head more than once during the match. In the end, Storm was able to finish off Cole with the Phoenix Splash.

The main event was back and forth contest that saw Chanman dominate Bull Reed early on with multiple kicks. However, Bull and Venom were able to control Chanman in the middle of the ring for most of the match. When Mr. Happy was finally tagged in, all hell broke loose inside and outside the ring. After taking it to Venom, the champion turned around and met "Bull" Reed face to face and began brawling to the floor. Chanman was able to hit a splash off the top rope onto his opponents on the outside. However, Bull Reed outdid Chan by hitting a running dive over the top rope to the outside onto everyone. In the end, Chanman pinned Venom after delivering a Blockbuster off the top rope.

We want to thank everyone who came out last night and invite everyone back to our next show on Januarty 30th!

The Vendetta is over!

Jan 2/05 - "Vendetta" was Pro Wrestling RAGE's most successful and, arguably, the best show yet. Opening contest featured Harvey Metal defeating fan favorite Kevin Tyler via tapout.

Second match was a grudge match between Venom and Chanman, and saw the fans cheering for Chanman. Unfortunately, Venom pinned Chanman to come out on top.

The first main event of the evening saw Mr. Happy regain the title which was stolen from him 2 weeks ago by tapping out Chris Cole in the Carny Clutch.

"Bull" Reed defeated Mikey Sixx to become the #1 Contender to the RAGE Grandslam Championship. Afterwards, Reed threatened to break Sixx's leg if Mr. Happy did not come out to confront him. Happy did come out and told Reed that though he was trying to scare everyone in RAGE, he wasn't scaring him.

The main event, Moncton's first ever tag team ladder match, saw the former champions, Ryan Storm and Shooter Andrews, regain the titles from VIP in an exciting and bloody match that the fans won't soon forget. Afterwards, the locker room cleared to cheer on both teams for putting on such an entertaining match and putting their bodies on the line to do so.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and we hope you enjoyed "Vendetta". RAGE returns to the O2 nightclub on January 16th, 2005!

Jan 1/05 - From everyone from RAGE, we hope you all have a great and safe New Year!
