The page contains links to the history of Confederates units, mostly regiments, which served in the Shenandoah Valley during the Civil War. Because parts of the Antietam and Gettysburg Campaigns were fought in the Valley this list could include almost every unit in the Army of Northern Virginia. I have tried to include only those units that actually saw combat in and around the Shenandoah Valley. This list is always under construction. Email me to add a unit to this list.
