Pecan Pie
Try Karen's pie crust with this recipe.
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup dark corn syrup - such as Karo® syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation -
Combine the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, flour, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in the pecans. Pour the mixture into the
unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes or
