About me

A little bit about myself then...I live on my own in the beautiful Canadian Rockies in Alberta, Canada. It shouldn't come as a surprise then, that some of my favorite activities are outdoors-oriented. Hiking, skiing, and just lazying outside by the river or a lake all figure prominently in my leisure time. I also like to read, write, cook, play on the 'puter, lounging at The Second Cup in Banff, and a whole lot more.

I'll be putting together a section soon about some of my hobbies and interests, and any good web links I've found over the years relating to them. They include, but most certainly not limited to, art, archaeology, skiing, cooking, some spiritual stuff, travel, Shania Twain and Kate Winslet.

This is an old one, taken a few years ago during a coffee break.

The one below was taken this summer. I'm atop Chinaman's Peak in this photo, I believe.
