Payments Accepted: I can now easily
accept Credit and Debit cards, and electronic checks.
If you would prefer to send send something in the mail, that is also acceptable.
I accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders, and require
that you send it with signature confirmation. This is to protect both of
us. Please be advised that I will wait for any payment type to clear
before shipping your
order, specifically, personal checks are held for 10 business days.
Shipping: For shipping within the US, I ship USPS Priority Mail,
and fees are based on total cost of the order.
When requested, at your own cost, orders within the US may be sent by USPS Express Mail, or even overnighted if this item is urgently needed. Express shipping can be used for custom orders, but please note custom orders still take 2 weeks from receipt of fabric to complete. Express shipping would be used after the order has been filled, and still would likely take 2 weeks.
International shipping is sent via Global Priority, for a flat rate.
If requested, at your expense, I can send via Global Express to expedite receipt. Global Express is not available in all areas, please email for details.
Any shipping other than our typical shipping method will be charged per the weight of the package being sent. email us for specific quotes.
Returns: Right now, I am currently a small home business, and
am only able to accept exchanges or returns for alterations.
I ask that any issues with your order be brought to my attention within 30 days after shipping date found on package. This should give adequate time for you to confirm sizing, etc. Please return the date-stamped label with the carrier when you send it for exchange so this can be confirmed.
I will gladly take back a carrier that does not fit you as it should, and either alter it until it does fit well, or exchange for the correct size. I'm more than happy to work with you until we can get the perfect fit for you and your baby!
For custom orders, where you send the fabric to me, I can only offer alterations at this time. For sizing exchanges, please note that your desired print may not be available in your newly needed size.
For exchanges, I ask that you paypal or include $5.00 to cover the return shipping cost.
Custom orders: If you want a carrier with a fabric you do
not see, you can pick out and purchase your own fabric and send it to me!

How orders are sorted: You are not officially in line until payment has cleared,
or item to be exchanged has reached me.
