Brittany walked slowly twords the front of the plane. "God damnit! would you hurry up!" she growled at her bother, Josh. "Don't cuss" her dad warned from behind her. She gave Josh a poke in the back to make him walk faster. "Did I tell you that my old buddy from high school is going to be staying in the house next to us?" her dad asked.
"No," Brittany said. "Well he is," her dad continued, "His wife and kids are coming too, they have a months vacation" Brittany glanced at her brother, and he rolled his eyes. She laughed. "What?" her dad asked. "Nothing" they answered. Josh, Bob (her dad) and her went to a beach house by Los Angelas ever August. They spent the month there just relaxing. Brittany couldn't wait for he best freind Courtany to get there. She was joining them this year but had to do something and couldn't come until tommorow.
Brittany glanced around her room. she saw posters of Hanson, the Backstreet Boys and *N SYNC but mostly of Hanson. She put the last of her clothes in a drawer and shut it. Then she took out her CDs, she put in Hanson's "Middle of Nowhere". she thought for a moment then clicked it to 7, "Look at You" blared on". "Look at you, look at you baby, look at you, look at you baby!" She sang along and pointed at Taylor in the posters. Josh suddenly walked in.
"God! Don't do that! I could have been naked or something!" she yelled at him. "Sorry" he said "I knocked and yelled but you had this crap on to loud." She glared at him. Josh didn't like Hanson, he liked Korn and Nirvana and Hole. "Dad told me to get you, we're going over to meet his friend." "ughh" she groaned "I know I don't wanna go either but we have to." Josh said Brittany turned of Hanson and followed Josh outside to where her dad was waiting on the beach. "Come on lets go" he said, and they started down the beach. As they got closer to the next house Brittany could se a guy standing on the beach and a bunch of kids playing tag in the water. The guy saw them and ran over. "Bob!" he said,"nice to see you" "Yes it has been awhile hasn't it Walker?"her dad said 'Where had she heard the name Walker before' Brittany tried to remember "These ar my kids, Brittany and Josh" her dad said. "Hi," Walker said. "If you want to go get your suits, my kids would probably like it if you played tag with them." "OK," Josh said. "Fine" Brittany said. She didn't wanna go swimming but she figered she could tan.
She went home and put on her black bikini with green and purple stripes, grabbed her towel and her sunglasses. she walked back down the beach and sat her towel down just a bit away from where Josh had joined playin tag with the other kids.She layed down and put her sunglasses on. She closed her eyes.
