Specialties: My little sister has Downs Syndrome, a chromosonal disease that makes her mentally retarded. There is no cure, and there is no way to cure it. Like most Downs people she is short for her age, pudgy, with light hair and almond shaped eyes, and increadably pale and sensitive skin. She has a speech impediment, and is deaf in one ear. She is also near-sighted in one eye, but far-sighted in the other! Her thyroid is impared, and so she takes a daily dose of “Synthroid” (a synthetic thyroid) which helps her body to grow and digest. She probably will not grow to over 4 feet (she’s about 3 ft 8 in now) and may not live to see 40.

I have a step-mom, a step-brother, and a step-sister, but as they are not in my life too much (except for “Foot” my step-sister) I won’t say too much about them.
