JOHN LIONEL CAMPBELL - (1984 - Lower Sackville, N.S.)
76, 9 Irene Avenue, Lower Sackville, died at home Tuesday. Born in Montague, P.E.I., he was the son of the late Oswald and Ina (Singleton) Campbell. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Janet Ann Wagner; three daughters, Ruth Cameron, Lower Sackville; Barbara (Mrs. William Collison) Smith Falls, Ont.; Linda (Mrs. Earle Wambolt), Middle Sackville; a son John Cecil, Sudbury, Ont; a sister Dorothea (Mrs. Leon Davey), Pictou County; two brothers, Raymond, Red Wing, Minn.; Chester, Armdale; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. He was predeceased by a number of sisters and brothers; a son, Frederick James; a daughter, Jeanette. The body is in R.D. Lindsay Funeral Home, Bedford, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. George MacDonald officiating, with burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gideon Bible Society.




RAYMOND W. CAMPBELL - (January 20, 1988 - Red Wing, Minnesota)
86, 4374 Highway 61, died Wednesday at St. John's Hospital. He was born August 21, 1901, in Montague, Prince Edward Island, the son of Oswald and Angusena Campbell. He attended school at Prince Edward Island and moved in 1919 to Red Wing. He married Marie Peterson March 6, 1926, and lived in Red Wing most of his life. He owned and operated R.W. Campbell's Plumbing and Heating for 40 years. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Red Wing Masonic Lodge 8 AF&AM, La Grange Chapter 4, Tyrian Council 4, Red Wing Commandery 10 and Osman Shrine. He is survived by his wife, two grandchildren, and one brother and one sister, both of Nova Scotia. He was preceded in death by one son, Raymond Campbell Jr. Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Christ Episcopal Church with the Rev. John Conbere officiating. Burial will be in Burnside Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Bodelson Funeral Home where a masonic service will be at 7 p.m. today.




MARIE A. (Peterson) CAMPBELL - (September 30, 1990 - Red Wing, Minnesota)
92, formerly of 4374 Highway 61, died Sunday at Seminary Memorial Home where she had been a resident for 2 1/2 years. She was born July 26, 1898 in Red Wing, the daughter of W.A.F. and Johanna Peterson. She graduated from Red Wing Central High School and married Raymond Campbell March 6, 1926, in Red Wing. She helped operate R.W. Campbell Plumbing and Heating and was a member of Christ Episcopal Church. He died January 20, 1988. She is survived by two grandchildren, Scott Campbell of Red Wing and Debra Campbell Potter of Eden Prairie, Minn. Preceding her in death were her husband; one son, Raymond Jr.; one brother; and two sisters. Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Christ Episcopal Church with the Rev. Michael Schulenberg officiating. Burial will be in Burnside Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bodelson-Mahn Funeral Home. There will be no reviewal.


RUTH D. (Campbell) CAMERON - (April 11, 1999 - Middle Sackville, N.S.)
66, of Lower Sackville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side early Sunday morning, April 11, 1999, at the home of her sister, Linda, in Middle Sackville. Born on March 12, 1933, in Halifax, she was a daughter of Janet Ann (Wagner) Campbell and of the late John Campbell. She was a member of Rock Church, Lower Sackville. She enjoyed being with her family. She worked for a number of years at Canada Style Fabrics. She is survived, besides her mother, by two daughters, Janet (Mrs. Michael Royale), Paulette Bugnay, sons, Fred and Scott, all of Sackville; sisters, Linda (Mrs. Earl Wambolt), Sackville; Barbara (Mrs. Bill Collison), Ottawa; grandchildren, Ashley, Kristen, Mystique, Melissa, Christopher, Codi, Katlin, Jarrod and Austin; many nieces and nephews. She was predecased by her son, Paul in infancy; sisters, Jeanette in infancy; brothers, John "Bud", Fred. Visiting will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, April 12, 1999, and funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 1999, both in Atlantic Funeral Home and Chapel, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville, Pastor David Arthur officiating. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to The Salvation Army.
