My training goes like this. Monday-Chest, Tuesday-Upperback, Wednesday-Shoulders, Thursday-Legs, Friday-Arms/a>.
Well, I used to lift certain body parts on set days but because of varying schedule, I do it on different days but still in the same sequence.
On October 11 1999, I started working out at 24 Hour Fitness. My Partner, Mike and I are about the same built so it's easier to have a training partner like that. Weighing myself, I was 168 lbs. I started taking Stenandiol.
My goal in lifting weights is to gain size, mass and strength. My sets are moderate and reps are up to 10.
