Angelina L. Shafer, also known through America Online as Angel14560, or just simply Angel to her friends, currently resides in Nashville Tennessee. Her special interests include cross-stitching, as well as cooking, and of course writing. Angelina's true source of inspiration stems from the many online writers of poetry she has had the privilege of reading and interacting with. She has found many of the writers she has come in contact with to be superb at their work, and her soul finds much peace and serenity being in the midst of them. "I have been most content sitting in the shadows of their impassioned flames, drinking in the elixir from their chalice of poetic endeavors; For it is they who I feel hold the wick to enlighten us all. Thus my cup has been filled to the brim, and I thank you all for its flow." Angel has had numerous online publications and Featured Author awards, as well as print publications in Southern Breezes and In The Company Of Women, both books by Poet Works Press. Angel also hosts The America Online Poetry Chatroom, "Patchwork Poets," every fourth Tuesday, and CO-hosts Poetic Inspirations Reading Room on Saturday evenings.
