Before Tommy received the White Magic powers, he was the green ranger once again. He did not lose his powers, then get them back tons of times, but he did lose them once and for all, when Xixar took out duplicates of the first Green and Purple Magic Candles. Tommy then got the White Magic Ranger Powers.
