To make a snarl:

1. Unravel a Ball O' Yarn
2. Chop with a boat motor
3. Soak in kerosene
4. Set fire to the unraveled yarn. (Kids, get an adult to help with this part)
5. Pour grape juice on the fire to put it out.
6. Chop up into a hundred little pieces and mail to your enemies.
