The St. Jerome Church looms over the town plaza of Duenas in barangay Poblacion D. Constructed in 1878, it has withstood damage from burning in World War II to an earthquake in 1948. Reconstruction has effectively renewed its previous beauty.

On the opposite side of the plaza sits the town hall of the municipality of Duenas.
