I have always wondered what happened to him after everyone else returned hom. Any theories?

I think Tornado just wanted to get in on the Monterey action,
so he disguised himself as a white horse with another name.
After all, if his master could do it, why couldn't he?

Personally, I think he found "Silver" hanging out somewhere and they both acquired
a different agent that found them new jobs, since their roles with the 2 famous "masked men" had ended.
