(Diego and Bernardo are on their way to the mission to check on Don Nacho. This is a funny scene - Bernardo is doing his 'Zorro' imitation, and it spurs the horse on. So Diego tells Bernardo 'We don't want to get there too fast or Padre Felipe will have us picking oranges.') |
(Bernardo agrees with Don Alejandro's judgement of Diego during the day. Diego gives the appearance of being interested only in music, books, and wine.) |
