Episode 75 (cont)

"You can have it. Now!" Zorro disappears out to the courtyard when the Capitan lunges at him. "Over here, Capitan!" What authority Guy had in his voice at that moment. With a single shrug of his shoulders Zorro disposes of his cape and what style! Sigh... , and tauntingly brandishes his sword, a huge grin on his face that's almost frightening. No longer is Diego with him, this is Zorro at his most deadly. I could watch this scene twenty times in a row, I think.

I think that the fight scene in this episode comes a close second, if not a tie, to the one in Affair of Honor. The way Guy moves is once more a ballet of motion that is a joy to watch. Of course it all starts with one of those marvelous shrug scenes that begins to melt your heart and get the blood pumping right off the bat.

Then he begins the dance that one cannot take their eyes away from…The man moves in grace divine. When Arellanos throws the stool at him when they are over near the door, near the end of the fight, Zorro nearly loses his balance evading the stool. But he twists with grace and flair and maintains his poise, continuing the duel with style and command.
