1. After I placed an order, when will I recieve the goods? After an order is placed, we will start processing and we will send out a confirmation email to inform you how to make payment and how much the goods cost with the correct currency and shipping cost.

Upon recieval of payment, we will send out an email to the buyer and send out the goods the next working day.

2. I have sent my payment already, but have not recieve an email yet, what should I do?

We advised all our buyers to use registered mails to make payments. If the letter has been sent more than 10 working days, please send your registered number to florders88@hotmail.com.
We will check with our local post office for information. Please call the post office in your country also, stating your registered number to request for status of the mail.

3. I have recieved a confirmation email and date which the goods is sent, but I have not recieved my goods

We mail all our products via registered mail (unless insisted by buyers which we will not be responsible for lost mails).
Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days. Please send an email to florders88@hotmail.com if you have not recieved the goods within 10 working days from the day the goods are sent.
