Folken was once known as Dune, the elder prince of Adom (Basically, its Fanelia in the movie). Since the king of Adom is decided by an oracle, and the signs showed it was Van, he sorta nuts and was out for revenge. He took on the name Folken, and is the leader of the Black Dragon Empire.
