Folken is Vans older brother, who dissapeared when he was trying to slay the dragon to become king. He lost his arm when fighting it, and would have died if it weren't for Dornkirk, who gave him his machanical arm. He then became an inventor for Zaibach, and changed his name to Strategoes. (I don't think I spelt that right)
He saved the cat twins, and thats why they love him. Instead of having white wings, like Van does, Folkens wings are black. He tends to be a real turn-table. First, he was good. Then he joined Zaibach. Then he became a good guy again.
Our thoughts: He's ok, I guess. But whats with the tear? Is is supposed to symbolize the sorrow of his past?
