1. Must find all seven dragonballs.
2. Only one wish per summoning of Shenlong.
3. The Dragon can not grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the dragonballs.
4. Secret chant required - (Come out Shelong and grant my wish)
5. After the wish the dragon will disappear and the dragonballs will turn to stone they will remain stone for one year.
6. You can wish anyone or any group of people who fit a certian criteria but only if they did not die of natural causes.
7. If someone has been wished back before, they can not be wished back again.
Earth's Second Dragon Balls
1. Must find all seven dragonballs .

5. After the wish the dragon will disappear and the dragonballs will turn in to stone (If only one wish was made the stones will turn back in to dragonballs after 4 months.)
6. You can wish anyone or any group of people who fit a certian criteria but only if they did not die of natural causes.
