First Impression 2/5
I thought the splash button looked a little funny. But I didn't think much of it until I put my mouse over it. Ok. The red border thing DOES NOT work with this site! I'm sorry, but it doesn't.

Layout 4/10
Hmmm.... The very first thing I noticed was the menu bar, because everything else is black and white, and then you have a RED menu bar. Ok, red doesn't work. Since your site is black and white, you might just want to choose another SOFTER color that would work with it better. Ok, and the words in Japanese in the box? I don't think it needs to be there unless you're going to provide us with a translation. I personally don't know Japanese, and I'd really like to know what it says. Plus, on the bar where the menu and all the little neopet things are, I really don't think that that's needed. You should add them somewhere into a links section or something, because that just doesn't look good there. Especially if I have to scroll. That gets on a lot of people's nerves. You should make the "welcome" box (I don't know what else to call it, so for now that's what I'll say) bigger, so you don't have to scroll over and down to see everything. That' s just annoying as the thing down at the bottom. I also don't think that the crosshatch background works (or whatever you call that). You should have it be something that goes with your site a little better. Other than that, I think it's ok (that sounds kind of funny considering everything I wrote...)

Navigation and Organization 4/10
As I said before, the red menu thing doesn't look good. Change the color, so it's more eye-appealing. Plus, trying to read the black letters on a dark red background kind of hurts my eyes. When I try to go somewhere, the red letters appear first, and at first, I thought that there wasn't going to be a background, but then after awhile, the white background FINALLY appeared, so I could read it. That's another reason you really need to change the crosshatch look.

Content 20/50
You had a lot to do, although it was hard to see at first. Ok, I went to the inner senshi page first, and the pictures were black and white and SO blurry, I could hardly tell which scout was which! Ok, weird. I just went to Minako's profile, and I clicked menu, and it brought me back to a whole different page then I was at before! Is it supposed to do that? Personally, I think your site would look a lot better if it was easier to read, and if the things in the menu all loaded onto the main page (so it wouldn't be so confusing!) The font was also REALLY small and hard to read in places. Make that bigger.

Technical 6/10
Well, it was hard to read, and I found a few spelling errors. I still think you need to work on the layout a bit more.

Originality and Creativity 5/10
Well, it was sort of original, even though there are so many Sailor Moon sites out there. As for creativity, I don't know. A lot of pages have some of the things you have, and some don't. And how each thing has its own layout, that gets annoying and confusing after awhile.

Personal Feel 2/5
Well, I was sort of impressed. I still think that you could do A LOT more work here though.
