Splash Page: 9/15 Neat splash page, that really has no other purpose but to tell you to enter the page. But since your layout is made with frames, you should really warn your visitors about that on the splash page.

Layout: 10/20 Where do I start. First you really need to get rid of the background. I don't know about anyone else, but its killing my eyes. Everytime I look at a white circle a bunch of other black circles appear everywhere. Its really making me debate about continuing this review. The introduction box needs to be bigger. If my eyes can't handle the background I don't think they want to spend all day starring at the box trying to figure out what you're saying.

Content: 9/25 I don't understand why you didn't include a Chibi Usa profile. This is a Sailor Senshi page, and last I checked she is a Sailor Senshi. Okay lets get started.
Ami: Never in the anime was it said that Ami's IQ was 300. They said her IQ, but it wasn't 300. Check your sources. *yawns* Same old Stats. I'm sorry but I'm tired of going to SM sites and seeing these same stats. Try putting your opinion of Ami in her profile. Add your thoughts, and put a more creative twist on them.
Umm... I'm not an expert on picture editing, but I can tell you saving your pictures in .art form is not good. .art is usually used by AOL users, and cannot be seen in regular picture editors. Plus the quality of the picture is reduced. Try saving your pictures in .JPG or .GIF.
Rei: Clan ditz? *shrugs* I see you changed the font in her profile. Okay, my computer may have Matisse ITC, but not every computer has this font. Which means it won't show up on their computer. Either provide a way for them to download that font, or change it to a more common font. Same old stats again. What do you mean "supposedly" 14? Rei like the other girls was 14 when the show started. You need to check your back links. I clicked on the menu to go back to Rei's menu and got sent to a different page. I guess this is the main page, but it has a different layout. This can be very confusing to people.
Makoto: Check spelling on opening page. You placed Makoto's height here, but you didn't do this for Ami or Rei. Nothing new to review on this page.
Minako: Minako's name does not mean love of everyone. It means beautiful child of love. Again check your resources.
Usagi: Background doesn't work. Usagi's profile, and images are missing, I was sent to an Anglefire 404 page. Check that out.
Outer Senshi: To shorten this, the outer Senshi was the same as the inner Senshi. Nothing new, same old stats. Chibi Usa is NOT an outer Senshi. She is usually paired with them in pictures to even things out. Five inners, five outers.
Other Characters: Not complete, but at least I was warned.
Webgraphics: Custom graphics huh? It would be better if you focused this site on one thing, and not a million other things. Plus the graphics on your site are not all that clear for you to be making custom graphics for someone else. Leave that to people who have more experience. We have enough custom graphic sites on the net.
Games: First off these games are used on every SM site, I should know they're on my SM site. Put a little originality to them. Like making your own pictures for the SM matching game. You really need to give credit for these games. You didn't make them, yet your offering to give the code out to other people. Try giving them the address to the site you got them from.
Fanart: Not here to review fanart.
Otaku Senshi: Another widely repeated section. Not very creative, it would be if you had a story for them or something. Again try focusing on one thing, instead of many things all at once.
Adoptable: You shouldn't offer adoptable if you didn't make them. There is no link to the original creator, and I don't believe you asked to use them. This is called plagiarism, and stealing.
Awards: It would be better if you made text links for these awards, instead of plastering them all over the page. It makes the page load slow. I hate looking at awards, because they sure don't determine your site. The only awards I think are worth anything is the ones you get by not doing anything. My opinion.

Navigation: 10/15 Pretty easy to navigate through this site, but a lot of the back links lead to other places. You should check your links monthly to make sure everything goes where it is supposed to.

Loading: 20/20 Even with my slow 56K modem this site loaded pretty fast. The only problem was the awards section, which because of the huge images slowed everything up.

Originality: 2/15 There was nothing original about this site, nothing that stood out and said; Hey! You don't see me on other sites.

Final Thoughts: All in all this site was boring. Not be smart or anything, but if I don't tell you the other Senshi will more then likely sugar coat and say you have a wonderful site. However, I'm not the type of person who sugar coats stuff. (I really need to say that in my profile) Your site was boring, nothing in this site made me want to stay any longer then necessary. You have no information what so ever. And the information you do have can be found on every SM page on the net. Plus it would make any beginner to Sailor Moon hate it. You have mixed dub and original info everyone. I can't tell if your staying to the original or if your going with the dub. Its confusing and you need to clear that up. This site is more of a misc. personal site than a Sailor Moon page. If your going to say your a Sailor Moon page, then get rid of all that unnecessary junk and concentrate on your information.
