Favourite Books:

Anything by Nabokov or Lemony Snicket, and also "The Terror of St. Trinian's" by Ronald Searle/Timothy Shy (sadly out of print). Diana Wynne Jones is cool, too, but her stories bug me sometimes when they don't make sense. I kinda like Harry Potter, but the endings are the most awful things I've ever had the displeasure of reading. I mostly like the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice, but they normally start to drag after the first 300 pages. I like FINISHING them and then thinking about the whole story at once.

I have a huge list. Most recently I've added Queen of the Damned. No, I'm not goth. I wish I were a REAL vampire (who doesn't?), but I think it's retarded to pretend to be one. (No, don't shoot me, I don't think all goths are retarded, or even pretending to be vampires.) (I don't think goths all have guns either.) (Don't shoot me!)

What I Don't Like:

Anime, dogs who aren't on leashes, romance films (especially ones that go like this), when people swear, especially if they're doing it on purpose to sound "cool" like all those psycho little grade 7's, a whole bunch of books and non-romance movies, sci-fi anything except Star Wars, nerds who speak "Elvish" or "Klingon," the OFFICE, etc.
