If you want to see the pilot film and the original version of the films, then this is the place to get them! | Tezuka Osamu @ World |
This is the closest thing we have for an official Unico site, a site for Osamu Tezuka, Unico's creator. This site also features many of Tezuka's important manga/anime works. Unico used to be owned by Sanrio, but they sold the right for Unico back to Tezuka Osamu Productions Ltd. It has flash versions and nonflash for English and Japanese. It's growing constantly, with a lot of pages still not up. Here's a fair warning though; this is a Japanese site. Whoever is providing the English version of this site either doesn't know how to translate Japanese to English very well or an engine that does the translation doesn't do a very good job. Often you can figure out what the site is talking about, but many times it can be utterly confusing! |

Unico's Island hasn't been updated for awhile (it still has the Unico site from garnetsigma.com listed that no longer exist for example), but is still a wonderful site and worth the visit. There are original interviews with the characters, memories, English version lyrics, a gift shoppe and more. Neat site! |
