There are seven Dragon Balls. They are on Planet Namek and Earth. Dragon Balls are mystical balls created by the Nameks that can grant wishes. Dragonballs on Namek are more powerful and bigger. For Dragonballs On Earth 1. First you must gather all seven of the Dragonballs. 2. A chant is required to make Shenlong come out (Come out Dragon grant my wish!) 3. Only 1 wish per summoning the Dragon. 4. After Shenlong grants your wish he will disappear and the Dragon Balls will turn to stone for one yearand the dragonballs will scatter. 5. The Dragon can't grant wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator. 6. You can revive any person that has not died of natural causes. 7. If a person has been revived by Shenlong before, the person can't be revived again. For Dragonballs On Namek 1. Must gather all seven Dragon Balls. 2. Chant is required in Namek Language. 3. Wishes must be said in Namek Language. 4. Only 3 wishes per summoning Porunga! 5. After the wishes are made the dragonballs will turn to stone and remain that way for 139 days the dragonballs will be scatter themselves. 6. Porunga can't grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator. 7. Porunga can revive anyone multiple times that has not died of natural causes. 8. Porunga can only revive one person per wish. For The New Dragonballs On Earth After Kami and Piccolo reamerge Shenlong disappears and the Dragonballs turn to stone. To revive the Dragonballs, Goku invites Dende to be the new protector of the Earth. Dende was able to revise the rules and resticitons of Shenlong's power in the revival process. The new Dragonballs were created. 1. Must gather all seven of the Dragonballs. 2. Chant required (Come out Dragon grant my wish!) 3. There are only 2 wishes. 4. After the wishes are granted Shenlong will disappear and the dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter. If only on wish is made during the summoning of the Dragon and the dragonballs turn to stone, they will remain stone for 4 months and then Shenlong can be summoned again. 5. Shenlong can't grant any wishes beyond the powers of the creator of the dragonballs. 6. You can revive anyone that has not died of natural causes. 7. If a person has been revived by Shenlong before then that person can't be revived. For Black Star Dragonballs 1. The dragonballs scatter across the Universe instead of across the earth. 2. If you do not collect the dragonballs before one year has passed the planet the dragonballs are on will explode. 3. You get one wish. 4. This dragon has more power that the normal earth dragon. 5. The dragon can not bring someone back to life that has been wished back before.
