The Dragonballs |
Earth's First Dragonballs When Kami was protector of Earth he created seven small balls that could grant wishes. They were the first dragonballs. The dragonballs could grant one wish to whomever summons the all mighty Shenlon from them after all seven are collected. There are 7 rules of the dragonballs: - 1) All seven dragonballs must be collected and together in the same place in order to summon Shenlon. - 2) Chant must be said in order to summon Shenlon and have your wish granted. "Come out, Shenlon, and grant me my wish!" - 3) There is a one wish limit per summoning of Shenlon. - 4) After the wish is made, Shenlong will disappear, the dragonballs will turn to stone, and scatter themselves all over the world. They will remain stone for one year. - 5) Shenlon cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the dragonballs. - 6) People can be brought back from the dead as long as they did not die of natural causes. Groups of people who fit a certain criteria can also be brought back from the dead. For example: If many people are killed by one person then all of those people can be revived with one wish. - 7) If a person has already been revived by Shenlon he/she cannot be revived again. |
Earth's Second Dragonballs After Kami merged with Piccolo he was no longer the protector of earth. The dragonballs permanently turned to stone. Since there was no longer a protector of earth Goku asked Dende to take the job since he was also a Namekian. He created new dragonballs with similar rules. There are 7 rules for Earth's Second Dragonballs. - 1) All seven dragonballs must be collected and together in the same place in order to summon Shenlon. - 2) Chant must be said in order to summon Shenlon and have your wishes granted. "Come out, Shenlon, and grant me my wish!" - 3) There is a two wish limit per summoning of Shenlon. - 4) After both wishes are made Shenlon will disappear, the DragonBalls will turn to stone, and scatter themselves all over the world. They will remain stone for one year. If only one wish is made during the summoning of the Dragonballs they will turn to stone, but they will remain stone for only four months, and then Shenlong may be summoned again. |
