Ron MacDougall is half of the MacDougall Brothers.  The MacDougall Brothers are not quite Pirates and not quite Outlaws.  They are mercenaries that will do any job for the highest bidder.  Ron is the older of the two brothers and he loves his brother even though they are not really blood relatives.  Ron also possesses a Castor Gun, even though his is much more elaborate than Gene's.  Ron's Castor Gun also has  light shield attached, making it useful in both offense and defense.

"As of now our contract with you has ended. We're carrying out a new contract and that's all there is to it. And that contract is to wipe out the XGP."
