Sakura 10 years old and in the forth grade. She's very athletic, and in the cheerleading club at school. (she hates math!) That was her life until she accidentally opened the Clow Book and sent Clow Cards Flying all over the Place. She was turned into a CardCaptor by Ceroberus, the guardian of the seal who she just calls "Kero-Chan" Sakura's family consists of her father and brother. Her mother, Nadeshiko, died when she was 3. Her biggest wish is to become the size of a telephone poll so she can squash Touya (her brother) because he's constantly calling her "monster"
Sakura has a very sweet crush on her older brother's friend Yukito all though it was almost competely taken out in the English version. Shoran also has a very big crush on Yukito. Sakura's power, other than being a CardCaptor is that she has premonitions in her dreams. Her dreams often help her solve a lot of her predicaments. The first movie is based on this concept. Another thing I should mention: in the Japanese version Sakura has her own phrase. She often says "Hoe" [pronounced Ho-eh] she uses it for surprise, happiness, and sometimes sadness. They don't use it in the English anime or manga (my guess is because it's spelled hoe.) Luckily Pioneer didn’t try to subtitle it in the sub release. Sakura also says “hanyan” which is a Japanese sound-effect for a happy sigh. some of Sakura songs: Sakura's Seiyuu info
