Tokimeki Memorial Taisen Tokkaedama - 1997 - Arcade, Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation (Japan only)
The second Tokimemo spin-off. Again, this is a closed book to me...I don't even understand the significance of the name 'Tokkaedama' rather than 'Pazurudama'. Here's a screenshot:
It seems pretty much what you'd expect. I borrowed the picture from the anime site www.ex.org - they even have a review, which you can find here. It examines the game as part of the Tokimeki Memorial world, rather than as a part of the TPD series, if you know what I mean. However, they seem to suggest that it's a bit of a lazy effort...fun to play, but that the quality of the art and animation is disappointing. Beyond that, I don't have anything to add.
