On Mars, some robots have the ability to impersonate humans, and for this they are being murdered. It is up to Naomi Armitage (voiced by Elizabeth Berkley) and her Martian Police Department partner Ross Sylibus (voiced by Keifer Sutherland) to stop this madman from anihilating these machines/persons.
