Still on Iced Tea Power we spotted this girl. She was apparently dressed up like a vilain from Sailor Moon. I wanted a picture because of the hair thingee. The Brown hair forms a c coming up from the back of her head to her forehead. Where there's a green ball. It made me think of those deepsea fish that use the lights on their heads to attract prey.
