You can revive anyone no matter how many times the person has been killed, but remember that if the person died of natural causes they will not be brought back. But you can only revive one person per wish. **NOTE** This Dragon Balls as you can see are more powerful and MUCH BIGGER than the one's that are on Earth.

The dragon name: SHENLONG BLACK STAR DRAGONBALLS

After someone or something makes a wish with this Dragon Balls, they will scatter around the Universe. They are more harder to find. And if they are not found in a year the Earth will explode. The same wish can be fulfilled for many times.
