Much of Julia's story is a mystery.

Spike's long lost lover, Julia was originally going to join Spike after he faked his death so the two could escape together. However, Vicious caught on and told her that either he kills Spike, she kills Spike, or she kills herself. Julia was forced to lie and stay with Vicious to keep Spike alive. Though we are never given any details as to what exactly happened to Julia during the seven years she was missing, it can be assumed that it wasn't pleasant..

After years with Vicious and several more years on the run from Vicious, Julia did eventually find Spike, only to be killed by Vicious' men.

After finally finding Spike, Julia was ready to do what Vicious wanted her to: kill Spike. But Spike, unarmed and merely holding a rose, stood vigilant.
