Max's a cheerful ball of energy. He is friendly person. I believe his parents are separated because one lives in America and one in Japan. Max is a only child. His father owns a Beyblade shop in Japan and his mom (Judy) works at the BBA facility in America. She also runs the All Stars Team and does science experiments and stuff.

Max's preferred style of Beyblading is defensive.
