Mr. Kuykendall was born in Direct April 17, 1897, a son of Andy Kuykendall and May Etta Bryant Kuykendall. He married Vera Sublett i|n 1919 [sic], in Tigertown. He was retired from the Continental Gin Co. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, member of the East Dallas Lodge No. 1200, AF&AM. He was also a member of the Hella Temple of Dalla|s and of the A and A Scottish Rite of Free Masonry in Dallas. He served in the Army during World War I. Surviving are his wife; one brother, J.B. Kuykendall of Dallas; and three nephews.
