Alvin F Pyeatt and Maud S ?
Alvin F Pyeatt was born in Texas (probably Grayson County) c1871 to William Henry Pyeatt and Mary E McMahan and died in Paul's Valley, Garvin County, Oklahoma in 1928. He was married to Maude S ? who was born c1875 in Arkansas and who died in 1954 (probably in Garvin County, Oklahoma). Both are buried in the Mt Olivet Cemetery, Paul's Valley, Garvin County, Oklahoma.
Alvin and Maude had the following known children:

- Teddy B Pyeatt b: c1908 OK d: 16 Mar 1948 (buried Mt Olivet Cemetery, Pauls Valley, Garvin Co, OK)
- Elizabeth M Pyeatt b: c1917 OK
- George R Piatt b: c1919 OK d: 27 May 1970 (buried Mt Olivet Cemetery, Pauls Valley, Garvin Co, OK)
With such an age difference between children Teddy and Elizabeth, you have to wonder if these last two children actually belong to their daughter, Dorothy. However, stranger things have been known to happen. The census of 1920 does not list the relationship of these last two children to the head of household; however, in 1930 Maude lists them as 'daughter' and 'son'.

- Pyeatt, Ted (son) age 12 born OK
- Pyeatt, Elizabeth age 3 8/12 born OK
- Pyeatt, George R age 1 8/12 born OK
This family was enumerated 27/34/12/97 at #420 S. Walnut in Paul's Valley.
Alvin died in 1928 and his family (the ones that I have abstracted) appeared as follows on the 1930 census of Paul's Valley, Garvin County, Oklahoma:
- Pyeatt, Maud S age 51 born Arkansas
- Pyeatt, T Ray (son) age 24
- Pyeatt, Ted B (son) age 22
- Pyeatt, Elizabeth M (dau) age 13
- Pyeatt, George R (son) age 11
Living nearby was their son, Alvin Jr, and his wife and child.

- Pyeatt, Alvin L (son) age 6 (from index only)
I note that Maude only aged 6 years between census'. Did someone misread the age on the 1930 census or did she lie about her age?
Who was the Mary Pyeatt who died in 1918 and is buried in the Mt Olivet Cemetery with this family? Is the Elizabeth P. Bolen who died 22 Jul 1962 the daughter of Alvin and Maud? Her husband appears to be Walter T Bolen however I do not have his abstract from census' to compare this Elizabeth's date of birth. There are also many Nellies in Mt Olivet Cemetery who might be the daughter of Alvin and Maude.
