I wonder if it's possible that the James Henry Pyeatt who moved to Texas with his family is not the same as the one who married Mary Caroline Mitchell in Washington County, Arkansas. Did he come back to Arkansas at some point?

Caroline died in Tarrant County, Texas, in 1947. I believe that Mrs. Emory Rudd was probably one of her daugthers. She had lived at the same address with the Rudd's for 2 and a half years. Her death certificate appears as follows:
