Thomas married before 1894 Anna M Kribs probably in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri or Franklin County, Missouri. Anna was born in March of 1869 in Missouri to Joseph and Elizabeth Kribs. Anna died December 4, 1905, in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, of Typhoid Fever. Anna was a member of the St. Cronan Catholic Church (on Gravois Street in St. Louis) and is buried in the St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri.

This family was enumerated 101/141 at 4222 Blaine Avenue. It appears to Beulah M Pyatt with her father's place of birth in error. The enumerator might have just made an assumption being in an immigrant household. Was Christine A also a daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Kribs? This was a second marriage for Christine and Fred. Perhaps Beulah was his first wife's neice. Or, was Fred a brother of Elizabeth Kribs?

It appears that Thomas must have gone to live with his sister, Myra, in his ill health. Perhaps she was the 'nurse' in the family. Her husband, John, was the informant for the death certificate and his answer to the names of the parents matches what Myra gave on her brother, Benjamin F Pyatt's, death certificate.
