Meeting called to order at 7:05pm

Motion made, seconded, and carried, to accept the minutes for November, as read

Treasurer’s report presented by Bill Merritt. In addition to monetary breakdown of our recent Toy Run, Bill also apprised group of costs for fixing window at clubhouse, which was broken at our Rally. MMS&C to accept treasurer’s report as read.

Old Business: Discussed our "missing" page in the December ABATE newspaper. Hard copies of the actual writeup that was supposed to be in the state paper were available for members. Recent District 9 Toy Run was discussed in detail. Russell had extra Toy Run t-shirts available at the meeting for anyone who wanted them.

New Business: Went over final preparations and status report re: our upcoming Coats 4 Kids drive, co-sponsored by the Magnolia Junior Charity League. Also discussed details of our upcoming Christmas Party, set for the 15th of December. It was decided at the meeting that the party would be open to members (and children) and their guests. Currently, we have 48 people planning to attend. Deadline to be included in dinner preparations is Monday, the 11th.

John Ramares was the lucky winner of a whopping $13 in the weekly 50/50 drawing.
