Treasurer’s report and Rally numbers presented by Bill Merritt. MMS&C to accept treasurer’s report as read.

Old Business: Discussed Rally results, all volunteers and participants were thanked for their contributions.

Discussed past events: Free Spirits M/C Rally, Confederates M/C Rally. Russell Rowe updated status of official D9 caps and t-shirts. Hopes to have pre-ordered items ready by next meeting. Discussed Dale Cox memorial patches.

New Business: Upcoming events were discussed, including: VROC Rally, Eureka Springs; Music Fest, El Dorado; State Board Meeting, Benton; D9 Dinner Ride, Indian Run Cafe; Hoorah Days Bike Show, DeQueen; Swamp Riders M/C Ezell benefit; Change of Colors Rally, Hatfield; Mt. Magazine Bike Fest; D9 Group Ride, Albert Pike; D9 Christmas 2001 Toy Run; SRMC Toy Run; "Ride for Boo" Rally, Jefferson, Tx.

Possibility of joining with Magnolia Junior Charity League to do Coats for Kids campaign, in December, was discussed.
